inserts returned through TNS Telecoms Bill Harvesting®. The images,
displayed in full-resolution color, can be searched by offer characteristics,
geographic and demographic information, and other customizable fields.
This data collection, updated weekly, can also be linked to our TNS Telecoms
ReQuest® surveys.

customers across the United States in a searchable web-based system
A collection of actual local, long distance, wireless, cable/satellite TV and Internet
bills presented in a searchable database. Like the promotional inserts,
the telecom bills are presented in full-resolution color and cover a wide
array of companies and charges. The bills are derived from our Bill Harvesting®
national sample of 8,000 to 10,000 telecom bills per quarter.

BillFacts™ - Provides invaluable detail on local telecom services,
vertical or value-added features, service bundling, and their associated
prices, by company and state across the US, with links to real telecom
bill examples.
Provides detailed statistics on all local telecom services and features, and their
associated prices for each major ILEC by state. This information is derived
from a continuous sample of actual telecommunications bills collected
through our proprietary Bill Harvesting® process.
The BillFacts™ system is the only way to analyze service and feature charges included
within bundled offerings, as one-time individual charges and as monthly
offerings. The system also indicates the relative billing penetration
of individual bill charges within the system.
This information is supplemented with actual bill examples of charges, available
for instantaneous review through a link with the BillQuest™ bill
imaging and analysis system.
